Day 396 It's Abstract Thursday!

This isn't really an alternative view( as set for this week's AT challenge by our host Ingeborg)  unless, I say that it is an alternative view to the one that I've had for the past few days.  It isn't really very abstract but is the best that I can do.  In fact I was rather pleased with myself for making it to the bedroom window with my phone, opening the window and photographing the crane glimpsed through the bare trees as the sun rose this morning!
In other news:  I continue to make progress. although it feels rather slow.  I'm sure that fairly soon I'll be glad I had the procedure done.  At least that's what I keep telling myself!
