Tree peony

A cloudy start to the day but really warm.  Sunny later.

Spoke to my friend, she's getting her hearing tested today. K. came round for me in the car and we went to a nearby place to walk along the creek. Unfortunately I didn't have my camera, forgot to pick it up!  Lovely walk, actually wished I'd worn something cooler!  We then went to a lakeside restaurant for coffee and lunch, scrumptious:)
Came home after calling in at the boatyard and sat in the garden with a cup of tea.  K. went home and I did some jobs and then went out to cast my vote, pick up a prescription from the chemist and then helped K. in his garden, mainly advice!  I took this shot of the tree peony that grows in his front garden, slightly altered!
