It's Flower Friday!

This week's offering is yet another bunch of supermarket tulips bought yesterday after my hairdressing appointment.  Many thanks to BikerBear  for her continued hosting: follow my link to see her own beautifully lit entry.
Today we collected a tired flushed and really not very well Violet from school. She had had a lovely day out with her class at a wildlife centre and this evening there was a disco for her year group.  Initially she felt too poorly to go back out but medicine, cold and hot drinks and fruit snacks revived her and she made it -  see extra.  The disco only lasted an hour so we wiled away that time in The Gardener's Arms, which is conveniently very close to her school.  Strictly non alcoholic beverages only, of course
