The Woodland Garden (Tuesday 10th May 2022)

A letter from the surgery came in the post at 0940 hr (unusually early) to say I'd been booked in for an appointment at 1030 hr that morning. I just made it on time.

I was out for most of the day after that but I did make a photographic tour of the garden later in the afternoon. My neighbour had offered me some bricks and these had been neatly stacked along the edge of my patio.

The latest development in the garden was the start of the emergence of some clematis flowers. One is in Extras whilst the early birthing of another, climbing up the same arch wall is my blip, and is submitted for Tiny Tuesday for the theme "something from the flora around you".

With thanks to H0tamer for hosting.

Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Richie Havens - The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down (recorded live, The Cellar Door, Washington DC, 1970)
From the album Live At The Cellar Door And At The Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, first released in 1990. I heard this on a repeat of a 2020 broadcast by Cillian Murphy on 6 Music. The song was written by Robbie Robertson for the Band in 1969.
