Jubilee Celebrations

Today is the second day of our 4 day weekend. We've been given a second bank holiday to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's 70 years on the throne. She is the longest reigning monach in British history, followed by Queen Victoria (63 years, 216 days) and then King George III (59 years, 63 days).

There was a street party taking place in the town centre and we walked in to see what that was all about. We also had lunch at Nando's. Little Man had a lot of fun with first his biscotti (and made a big mess) and then my one of my bits of broccoli, which he held it all the way home.
