Tea Time

Only a quick blip from me today, one of 3 similar shots taken. Because my neighbour had her washing out, we carried the barbecue from the patio around into the front garden. It was sunnier there, anyway.

This morning Kat and I had a try-on of various combinations of funeral clothing and jewellery . Next, I went to the studio to collect the Order of Service sheets which had been left ready creased and drying. Then we went into town to hand them over to the undertaker.

It was then that The Mate's Son rang to say his family was at the house and asked if we would like to see them. We stopped on the way at Upfront Gallery for lunch. Very nice it was and, having a vegetarian cafe, there is usually something the lactose-intolerant, Kat, can eat.

After having a cuppa with the family we made our way home and lit the barbecue. We enjoyed sitting around eating and drinking into the night.
