Me too

Well, I knew that I would catch it eventually, and at least I'll get it out of the way before we go on holiday at the end of the month. My symptoms are those of a heavy cold: sneezing, coughing, aching limbs and back, and tinnitus. I can still smell, and my appetite is fine.

Mr hazelh is still negative, but Mummy hazelh (now at home) has also succumbed.

I have spent most of the day in bed listening to the radio, with two 'breaks' for baths to ease the aches. I am planning another bath at 'normal' bedtime, along with the treat of a Lemsip.

Exercise today: none.
