Dinner

Neighbors were going to the casino for dinner so I asked if they would bring back something for me. (I pay them, of course). Salmon and roasted squash with sautéed spinach. Tasty. Neighbor across the street has been wonderful.

Had a home medical visit. Looks like I have strained obliques on my right side. He ordered a short course of prednisone along with a muscle relaxer, which I like very much. However, he told me it will likely take 4-6 weeks to get complete relief. Listen to Stonger in the context of my life/situations.
