Big Bird Landing

Jack heron coming into land on the top of the gum tree on the island in the lake this morning. 

Still searching for and trying to get a pic of the unusual, tiny, black and white bee on the thistles. I've added a blue-tailed damselfly wiping its chops after a meal to extras.
