Cosmos

Chris has grown these Cosmos from seed but they have been in the green house a little too long and got bit leggy. He put them out into pots last weekend, four at front of the house and two on the wall at the back. A bit wobbly at first they are now standing up well and looking good in the sun.

I decided to take several photos of the blooms and make a collage of them - the epitome of summer in the garden.

A walk up to the village post office this morning, a bit of gardening,  a bottle of water and Le Tour this afternoon!
