Mono Monday - Power

The power of the sun. The sunflowers are on their way and by this afternoon I expect this one will be fully out. Thank you Laurie. I've grown lots of self seeded sunflowers this year - all from the bird feeder I reckon.

By 09:00 the coolest, shadiest part of the garden was registering 20° and the temperature is rising. We aren't in the cauldron zone but it's going to be hot for a couple of days. I expect to be in a torpor. I'm not great in the heat.

No Monday childminding as my grandson is on holiday in Poland. Hot there too.
