Day 9 Tour of the Lakes

From Eskdale we walked over to The New Inn at Seathwaite, where I had a scrumptious scone, jam and cream with a pot of tea. Then the Walna Scar Road . If you look at the main photo you may be able to see two of our number way behind.

I've walked a bit of the Walna Scar Road a couple of times before, but this was the whole length - it's long, and tedious and I was glad when we reached Coniston.
