Another lunch

What? Out to lunch again? Twice in one week?

This time we went to Rustic Stone on South Great George's Street, one of Dylan McGrath's places. When it first opened its main claim to fame was that the steaks arrived at the table with a hot stone which diners cooked the meat on. That's no longer the main focus. Instead, on Fridays and Saturdays they have a Bento Box option. We both went for the Meat version (fish and vegetarian also available). It was good, but portions were bigger than I was expecting (good value, though, at €18).

We moved on afterwards a few doors down the street to Simon's Place for coffee. It's in George's Street Arcade. Both coffee and hot chocolate were good, but it was the atmosphere which was the real star. We were especially taken by a painting on the wall beside us — a calligraphy piece which reads "Don't tell Bono. He'll only worry."
