Belt Bonanza

I love the different colours and patterns on these elasticated belts. I wanted to buy one before leaving Ile de Ré and just made it to the market yesterday as they were packing up. Ten euros, the lady said. Fair enough I thought. Then she said two for 15 euros. So inevitably I bought a couple.

Then this morning on leaving and stopping in a small village square to buy a croissant for my journey, there was another stall selling them. The sign described them as golfers belts. Not sure about that. This time only ten euros for two. I couldn't  pass that bargain by.

 So now from not having bought any I have got four. I think I will be sharing them around when I get home.
