Rusty Wheels

This car appeared at our house a while ago, I think Hendrix had brought it from their house and it just stayed.
This morning he was playing with it and questioned "Why has this car got rusty wheels?"
I guessed it is because it's been off-roading and the wheels were covered in mud, best I could do I'm afraid!
