A Lone Tree

Simple, easy blip for today..

Just a single tree growing in the middle of a field, with a little frill of grass around the base of the trunk. I think it is a beech tree.

It lit up nicely when the sun came out - which didn’t last long.

Fabulous to see on TV the pomp and circumstance around the proclamation of the new King this morning.
