Yet again!

Had a quick walk down town this morning, but it was a dull morning and not great for photographs.

I walked down Jacob's Ladder where a few weeks ago I'd reported the fence beside one of the seats which had been kicked down by the local yobs. I had reported this earlier in the year and it was quickly replaced, though the temporary barriers put up were thrown over the bank. The new fence was kicked down again a few weeks ago and the council strapped temporary barriers on again, a really solid job. 

This morning they were missing again and I could see them down the steep slope yet again!  I think the time has come to stop being kind, talking about encouragement and education, and start shouting about prosecution!
