On yer bike!

Once again I wanted to believe the weather forecast when it promised a sunny afternoon after a dull, cloudy start. There was to be a classic car display in Station Square and I'd hoped to go down with the camera after lunch.

It was partly right and we had some sunshine. Several of the cars were locally owned and are often seen whenever there's a display somewhere in the town - a beautiful Lagonda is one of these. There were many more that I hadn't seen before and which probably came from further afield. 

There were also stunt bike displays at set times and I managed to catch the last one. Pretty impressive, but it would have been so easy for the riders to hurt themselves! Fortunately all went well, especially at the end when the champion leapt with his bike from some 15 or more feet and landed his back wheel between the supine commentator's legs! My Blip today is one of the highest flying stunts and the cars have been relegated to the extra!
