Mono Monday: A tree but not a forest

With thanks to V1K1 and AndrewNZ for hosting here's my effort for today's Mono Monday. Bits of my family tree.

It's that time of year when I think about getting back to family history research. I can't tell you how many scraps of paper such as this I have. In some areas of my life I'm a systematic person but this just floors me. I know I could, and probably should, be recording all this information electronically but I like to see  the relationships and discoveries on paper. 

Maybe this is my year for getting it all sorted out. That would be an achievement. 

My grandson is here today. It's a bit wet and windy so we're inside just now. I hope we'll get into the garden later.
