Lock in

Because the campsite was disappointing we both chose to enjoy the wine flight last night and stay on LD & D's drive overnight. The motorhome is snug, as are we :-)

I took Berry to a vet this morning and have had a shock diagnosis of a torn cruciate ligament which she did whilst on a very short, but wet, walk at Strathclyde campsite. The vet wasn't positive. He suggested a big operation to put in a big structural metal implant, crate rest, no jumping on sofas ... none of which we can do immediately. So now dear Berry is  confined to quarters and we are desperately trying to pre-empt any jumping on the bench seat and largely losing!

Take away tonight - a big treat these days :-)
