60 Million Postcards

Stop the world. This week, especially today, hasn’t stopped.

GP called at 8:30 am to follow up some referrals requested last week. Two for me and one for Mr B had a good chat and referrals now all online.

Then a couple of hours followed, making appointments for the referrals, with the knee surgeon (for Mr B’s knee, hopefully no surgery needed yet), and the physio for my knee (fell on my knees in a freak accident in August), and for the Podiatrist (long story).

We have our Italian friend coming with family at the weekend. Two more calls today:  from my girlfriend in London saying she is coming the following weekend, and from  my little* cousin (*age 40’ish) and her family coming just before Christmas. All staying in nearby hotels, or in the New Forest.

Electrician who cancelled yesterday, has rearranged for next week, and is coming back tomorrow to check he has suitable fittings etc.

My head is spinning.with appointments, and others things to do.

Finally got out at 3:30 in time to see the last of the sun (lovely afternoon). Chill in the air. Walked into town. Decided an Aspall would be a good idea, and popped into our favourite ‘60 Million Postcards’. Blip taken on their terrace.
