Cookies

We’ll this is unusual.  ( for me).   Not a good day ( or the US congress) I decided to make cookies to send to grandson at college.   Have not used the ancient kitchenaid mixer since last Christmas obviously because I forgot there is some sort of short and you have to whack it all the time to make it run. ( Fiona would remember this but I forgot) .   I do not want to buy a new one…I suppose it’s worth figuring out if it’s fixable…. But I have a handheld that just might have to do.   Sigh 
My only other accomplishment for the day was some progress on my new puzzle the buoy maker.  (Extra) some days are like this 
Tomorrow will be better.
