Admirable admiral

..but actually not the latest one I've ever blipped.  However, I was pretty pleased to find it at the end of this miserable butterfly season.  l also spied a flock of goldcrests, which was lovely, as well as various birds I haven't seen much of since the spring.  So despite a slight lack of sun I'd call that a successful walk.

What else today?  Well having seen an example I've given the go-ahead to the calendars I'm having printed up for next year at huge expense,
sorted out what my energy company is going to take out of my account for the next few months and hopefully sorted out my rather demanding docs' surgery.
