Garden Work Day 12

It's been raining all day, and at times has been torrential. A truck arrived this morning but bossman said they wouldn't be working in this weather and were just going to collect the rubble, rubbish and leftovers. Fair enough. 

I messaged Julie at the Mind shop and told her I'd be in after all, she was very pleased as her newly appointed boss was due to visit. 

By the time I got home after lunch two bags of topsoil had been delivered to the poor grass verge in front of my house. Tomorrow is forecast to be a lot drier until the evening.
