Wide-on-Wednesday: "Organic/Unstructured"

I was a bit stumped today to work out how to fulfil the "Organic/Unstructured" theme for Steveng's Widwed challenge (many thanks for hosting, Steve). However as I spooned some roasted vegetable couscous onto my salad at lunchtime I thought maybe that would just about fit the bill. So here it is in its pot, photographed with my fisheye lens and tweaked a little as my Editor feared that it may look rather unappetising in a photo!

My Editor and I have been quicker off the mark this week with our thoughts on this week’s Tiny Tuesday blips. Once again we were bowled over by the number of superb photos, and the ingenuity and effort you wonderful blippers put into your blips again this week. Clearly the optional theme of H2O (in any form) stimulated the imagination.

As usual it took us quite a while to make our choices, whittling down a shortlist bit by bit.
Here’s our final choices, in no particular order:

HEARTS:
Paola: Glistening droplets on a golden autumn leaf, acting like tiny magnifying glasses
Flavia13: Gorgeous droplets on a Fuchsia, with a refracted image through one of them
Jensphotos: A wonderful capture of a watersplash, looking like a barber’s pole
V1K1: Flowers encased in an ice cube
Isbi: Fabulous shapes (like a forest!) in an ice cube just before it went into hubby’s Scotch ;-)

HONOURABLE MENTIONS:
Evolybab: Condensation looking to us a bit like like fish scales
Lisa24270: Figures wrapped up warm on an icy day!
Ladypop: Droplets on glass, with lovely colours
Ilja: A rainy day scene with a story to go with it
Stujphoto: Fascinating tiny pieces from the shutter mechanism of a camera

Next week’s tag is TT391 and the optional theme will be ornaments/memorabilia.
