It's A Gift

We allowed The B-I-L to choose his own Christmas present when we took him to Hayes a couple of weeks ago. He could decide so we bought the ones he liked best. We've photographed them today as I want to make cards of the images so he has something to "open" on Christmas Day when the plants will be at his home.

I was rather sorry I used artificial light for this as the Miltonia is a very unusual deep burgundy colour. I just couldn't face starting all over again and the chance for a daylight shot had long gone.

I did very little today other than photo editing. I'm finding my knee doesn't hurt if I sit still.
