RIP Betty

My dear Mum died peacefully today with my sister, my eldest niece and Mum’s sister at her side.  Mum was a strong determined woman, for whom family was everything.  She will be sorely missed.

The roses in the photo are from a friend’s garden.  She and her husband dropped them round just a short time ago.  They have a beautiful perfume. Such a thoughtful gesture at a very sad time.
