Visitors on Boxing Day

They came through a snow storm all the way from the Moray coast bringing gifts and enough food to fed an army. Combined with what I had prepared there was a surplus which would have fed another army, but there were only 8 of us.
What couldn’t be taken away with them will feed Porty daughter and me for a week.
We had a lovely afternoon and evening with the time passing all too quickly.
I don’t see the Elgin family very often so it was good to see the twins so grown up and about to sit their Higher exams.

Before everyone left there was a big tidy up so that I wasn’t left to put the house back together again myself.

I’ve had two days of festivities and now I have to come back to earth
