Flying out of 2022

Some confusion this morning about river boat trips. We were told they weren't going round the Bay, but they were! The Foo part of the family stayed home for an admin day. #3 and H went to the Merlion and the Asia Civilisations Museum. #2, C and me started at Clarke Quay, walked past the Museum to the Merlion. It was hot, and sunny. Unfortunately the hat was left in the hotel. 

We had a beer and fries then the long way round via MBS Hotel. There was an abortive attempt to see the city view from the top and then on to the Flyer 

We rdv with #3 and H for gelato then did the Time Capsule (history of Singapore) before the Flyer flight. By that time everyone was exhausted and it was a Grab back to the hotel. My legs were dirling. I had a second swim if the day before a rest accompanied by the live show from Sydney Harbour.

Then dinner, 2 went to the Hawker Court at Zion, the rest to Saffron in the Mall but we met up again before coming back for the party in my room. The fireworks started at 11 and went to 11.45. We had a great view and then left floor 22 to go down to the countdown in the lobby.
