Winter colour…

……and weather on this first day of 2023. The burn round the corner is fully in flood after all the rain we’ve had. I noticed it yesterday so went out this morning before mum came along  for NYD lunch and tried some long exposure photography. 
Lunch was nice - the four of us had steak pie followed by veg ( our usual NYD lunch). It’s been a lovely festive season :)
