I have been without a working printer for months. I’ve had to go to the library to print or copy some really important documents.

A few weeks ago, Blanca helped me get the old one into the trash and the new one onto the table. Then I began to get sick. I felt well enough in the middle of the day (energized by the Bills winning their last regular game of the year), that I figured out how to get it working.

Did I mention that the Bills won? The road to the Super Bowl begins next week. We’ll be playing the Miami Dolphins. So the phrase among fans will be Go Bills! Squish the fish!

In other news…I begin the day coughing and end it the same way. Otherwise, I feel better than I had last week.

I just failed my drivers test. When the examiner asked “what sign would you expect to see on a narrow country road?” apparently ’fresh eggs for sale’ wasn’t the answer.

I just cleared out some room in the freezer. That sounds a lot better than I just finished off a carton of ice cream.

The longest drum solo was 13 hours and 43 minutes and was performed by the child behind me on Delta Flight 609 from Australia to LA.
