A familiar view

Had a counselling appointment at Shipley in the morning - it went well and I felt better for going. Called for a nice coffee afterwards before heading back.

Felt shattered and a bit grotty when I got home so after lunch went to bed with a hot water bottle for a bit. Hopefully I'll feel better in the morning.
