Love all?

Woke early so got on with doing my hair (overdue!) then tidied up and had weekly chat with JS. Caught up with some other correspondence and phone calls then popped through the Meadows for lunch with JC. Had a good chat and nice to catch up with him, and we planned another meet-up before too long.
I was surprised to see the snow on the tennis courts…there’s really none anywhere else in the town. Andy Murray was playing his marathon match at the Australian Open today in rather different circumstances…I wonder why their matches go on through the night?
Home and set to finding somewhere to stay in Rome and I managed to get a small apartment in a very central location and also our flights, so that’s all set for early March.
Surprised to hear Jacinda Arden has decided to stand down ….what a shame to lose a global role model, but it will be interesting to see what she does next (after an understandable break!).
