For family and friends

A toast this evening to remember Jon's uncle, who sadly passed away yesterday. It was a shock to us and our thoughts are with his family and Jon's mum who has lost her brother. Another Hoddesdon character gone and another family grieving for their much loved dad, grandad, great grandad and husband. So that is who I am thinking about this evening.

Work was busy, and I did a long day. Finished at 5.30 and after the junior bake off I made the pizzas. I made almost as much mess as the children did.

Jon lit a fire, poured me a g & t and we are now enjoying a relaxed evening with both and the tv. Death in Paradise next!
