Dreary

It didn’t actually rain, but today was grey and dreary and damp.  I did more document decluttering, which was most satisfying.  After lunch we went for a walk.  It was a bit drizzly at first, but was mostly fine.

We were invited next door for drinks at 6:30pm, which was most enjoyable.

There is a heavy rain warning from 6pm tomorrow (Tuesday) until 9am Wednesday, and also a strong wind watch from 2pm tomorrow (Tuesday) until 8am Wednesday.  Time will tell if the forecast is accurate.

The Kohimarama Yacht Club was holding the Optimist and Starling Champs over the weekend, including today (Monday), which is a public holiday for Auckland Anniversary.  There seemed to be hundreds of little sailing dinghies out on the water.  As we walked by the last of them were coming in and the blip is a series of photos I took quickly as we passed.
