Firth of Forth View

We walked across to the West Braes this afternoon in beautiful sunlight. On the way I spotted my friend Wendy with her two boisterous dogs approaching, so I knew Geordie would get excited. Thankfully lamp post 4 came to my assistance. I quickly tied his lead around the lamp post so he couldn’t pull me in his eagerness to speak to his friends. It worked perfectly. I’m actually becoming fond of lamp posts. I’m such a saddo!
This morning I walked to lamp post 14 while Geordie was out for his walk with Jim.
Exercises have been done repeatedly. Luckily some of them can be done sitting down so I can do them while reading, watching tv etc.
