Another lily for Flower Friday

This is a canna lily. Some petals are yellow and some are red. These are splotchy and look great in the afternoon sun. 

Today I dug up a big patch of shasta daisies and let some friends know they were here if they want any. I delivered some to Kate’s mum around in the next street and two friends are coming on the weekend to pick them up. It’s nice to give them away instead of putting them in the recycling compost bin.
