Not much out there today, there was sunshine, but the air was cold & the clouds kept forming for rain & there was certainly much of that! I know this is some kind of wasp but harmless, I just can't remember his name! I blipped one last year too.

Had my second Bowen session this morning which was great. Totally exhausted me though! Now off out to see next door for dinner, so better go & get ready. :) xxx
