A bit of a crocus

Keeping spring flowers in reserve for days when blip opportunities are scarce. Here's a close up of a crocus, in real life yellow.

It's half term so both the girls are here for the day. As usual they were here at 07:00 ready for breakfast and their baths. We did some playing, some drawing then walked into town to meet the girls' auntie and have some lunch. After that the girls and I went to the library for a browse before walking home.

Throughout the day of course we've been paying as much attention as we can to the political turmoil. The FM's resignation as party leader came as a surprise though perhaps not an out of the blue shock. Once the girls go home I'll read the commentary. I'll also try to catch up with blip. Oh and do my Wednesday yoga class.
