"Use up" bread

A yeast bread that could be called "using up" bread. Slightly fermented apple puree, the last bit of oatly non-milk yoghurt, odd bits of flour, some very old cream that had almost turned itself into butter, and one elderly egg - it all went into this bread. The basic recipe was for a sourdough, the basic flour was a mix of 30% rye and 70% wheat.
It's definitely not my best bread, and quick yeast bread is never as tasty as sourdough, but nevertheless it tastes good and does the job.
(I'm posting three days late so I can report we've eaten all the loaf on the left, while the other loaf is in the freezer.)
