Clamp down on tax dodgers

A diary blip on a grey day. A while back the government proposed devolving responsibility for static and moving vehicle offences to the local authority, and heavily in deficit South Gloucestershire leapt to accept. A county councillor didn't exactly say they'd be using it as a revenue stream and I'm not saying there's a link, but I smiled today when I saw this in the village.
