NUTS

There is no theme for Abstract Thursday today so as I was eating a bowl of nuts I decided to take a shot of them and  do some processing.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

I had a quiet day at home today. I did intend going out but just couldn't be bothered in the end.  I had already decided not to go to slimming group as Im still not back " on plan".
