Domesticated

Without really meaning to I have spent quite a bit of time in the kitchen today. 

I made a soup at lunchtime - see Blip - to help use up all the cabbage I have left over from the coleslaw I made the other day. It turned out really well. Cheap. Easy. Quick. Vegetarian. Vegan too if you skip the kefir. 

The beetroot I had in the house were yellow, so the colour would be different using red ones. Recipe below... ignore the R word.
