The Usual

It was 0º when I was sitting down with my first coffee this morning (7am). The sun has a little warmth now, so by Parkrun time (9:30am) it was very pleasant.

My Blip is the start, as the race director gave his briefing. 

I was very happy with my time - close to a personal best - and enjoyed 90% of it. 

After lunch I whisked myself over to Stenhousemuir to watch Queen's Park v Morton. It was a good game which they should have won, but it ended up 2-2. They are still top of the league in spite of that. 

A friend from my business networking days 7-8 years ago is a member at Queen's Park, and it is good to have a gossip with him at halftime. 

This evening it is another case of working hard to keep myself awake until bed time.
