Looking up

It has been gorgeous here today - bright blue skies, albeit ever so slightly on the chilly side. 

I had the hairdressers first thing but when I got back I changed into warmer clothes and walking shoes and headed up Craigower with Tom.  The views north (all the way to Glencoe) were stunning. I was also rewarded with the sight of two red squirrels running in the woods. 

The walk was followed by a yin yoga session focusing on hips and hamstrings, Country Dancing beckons this evening so I will have had plenty of exercise today !
