Tudor Rose

The female mallard was on top of the northerly boilerhouse chimney again today. :) (Extras)

I've been in search of a Tudor Rose to photograph for my personal coronation invitation challenge. In the Epping Forest District Museum are some panels carved in the 1520s which include four styles of Tudor Rose. I've included one above, together with another Green Man. At the top is a modern mosaic in the museum garden which represents a Tudor Rose. I'd like to find an example in the correct red and white to photograph. I've included another lion below which I found on the ceiling of Waltham Abbey. Nice to see Sun Street bedecked with Union Flag bunting in readiness for the Coronation.
