Down in the Smoke

A long journey from Oban to Hampton today, with a lot of noisy people including a bunch of Celtic supporters talking very loudly all the way to Glasgow and three young women obviously on their way to a hen party in Edinburgh. I won't go into details but I have no idea who they were trying to impress - each other, I suppose!

I arrived on the platform at Vauxhall station to find a train whose doors had just shut. I had to wait 29 munutes for the next one, so took several pictures from the platform.

Here are, from the left, the Cheesegrater, the Gherkin and the Walkie-Talkie. I can't remember what the pointy one was! I was surprised to see a nice sunset though!
