In the pink in Gigondas

Another day of glorious sunshine and sudden heavy downpours saw us head for Gigondas for lunch.  It was delightful.

Here's a shot of one of the cobbled roads in this pretty little Provençal hillside village which is one of the Rhone Villages.  Its wine is rated second only to that Château Neuf du Pape, although I prefer my wine to be from Gigondas given the choice. 

This is a two shot HDR merge, but I've not altered the colours or sharpened the image in editing, though I did add a contrast curve.  I've taken lots of other shots, but we're heading off for our next destination in the morning and I have some packing to do.
