I arrived at the MIND shop quite early and worked for four hours, by which time I'd had enough, but another volunteer had arrived so I could go home without leaving Julie in the lurch.

I rested for an hour or so before getting my meal ready, and then drove to Risley for a walk with my Ramblers.  

The photo is of Ratcliffe on Soar power station, quite a landmark in these parts. The extra is approaching Hopwell Hall.
