Day at a Time

Luing

A lovely warm and sunny morning. We walked to Aird Luing at the very south of the island. When we did this walk five years ago the grassland was covered in orchids. I didn't see any this year. We're a bit later in the season this time or maybe I just wasn't looking in the right place. There was plenty of wildlife though including scores of meadow pipits (I think). See extra.

Now just finishing lunch in the lovely Atlantic Islands Centre before setting off for a walk round the village.

I'm only really managing to sprinkle hearts and stars on journals for the rest of the week I'm afraid.
